Vital Trek of Life

Woke up this morning, and made a breakfast of coffee, cereal, and toast. I went to my church, and brought out on my LDD roommates with me! After this, I played some Egyptian ratslap with two of my roommates, before getting ready to attend an LDS stake conference.

I’d never been to an LDS church prior to this, so it was a good learning experience. My roommate, Seth, was speaking, so that is why I went in the first place. It was pretty full of people, and definitely a much different vibe than I’m used to at church. After this, I played some more Egyptian Ratslap, followed by a quick grocery run. I made some bomb burgers on the George Forman, and then quickly headed to FCA.

We played wiffleball at FCA, but we were playing were you couldn’t run (to help prevent injury for the athletes), so it was nearly impossible to hit a shot that could get you to 1st base since the ball travels faster than most people walking. It was a good time nonetheless.

After I got back, I played some classic old Wii Mario Bros with my roommates. It brought me back to my childhood, and was a ton of fun. We followed this by a brief Wii sports tournament, but there will be much more to come, as this is just the beginning. Some of the girls made no bake cookies which were absolutely delicious, and that was a blessing for sure.
