9/16/24 – Day 11 – Bullet Proof Ankle

This will be a short blog post because I’m tired and I need to get to bed for early practice tomorrow.

Today practice was just an easy 8 miles with hills. I went and got my ankle wrapped by the athletic trainer, and it didn’t bother me at all, and it felt bullet-proof. However, what did bother me was my stomach! That poor porta potty on the hill did not deserve that wrath. Glad to have another consistent run and more hay in the barn.

Post practice, we had to go listen to this meeting/speech/seminar thing for our required athlete connections class. There was some valuable advice, but a lot of it was redundant and unimportant. After this, me and my roommates were starving, so we went and got costa vida with our pepper rewards(moochos). It was delicious, and very much needed

I did some homework after this, and now I’m going to bed. Tomorrow will be a busy day, hopefully I will provide a much more extensive blog post.
