Vital Trek of Life

Today was a really fun day.

I started off by waking up at 7, to get to practice at 8. We started at first dam, and ran up the canyon. It was super beautiful, and just a really fun run. I have a picture of it posted on the everything scenic page

Post run, I showered and got ready to go play disc golf with some of the fellas on the team. We played at a course in Smithfield, and it was a ton of fun! I was playing good today, and me and my teammate (we played doubles, best shot) ended with a score of under 4! It was a ton of fun, and all the guys had a great time. However, towards the end, we were all starting to get super hungry? So what did we do? The sink.

We hit up Angie’s with four of us, and decided to get meals. I got a steak, and it was super good. But after we all ate our meals, was when it gets good. We ordered THE SINK. A massive sink filled with ice cream, topped with various syrups and some raspberries. The soft serve vanilla was really tasty, and the berries made it easy to eat for a while, but the ice cream was sooo cold! Eventually, we finished, and the sink was empty. I took a straw and finished all the melted liquid remains.

Post ice cream, I went and played some games at one of my teammates house. It was a lot of fun! And that’s pretty much my day.
