Vital Trek of Life

Woke up this morning, and headed to Mantua for our workout. It was this 4.5ish mile loop around a lake, but driving there was amazing going through one of the beautiful fall-colored canyons. The run was good! A progressive tempo, starting at 5:40, and ending at 5:09ish.

Post workout, I made myself some lunch. Chicken thighs, with spaghetti, and some Alfredo on top. So yeah, chicken Alfredo. It was definitely the best meal I’ve made for myself in college thus far and it was tasty.

Post meal, I watched this movie starring Owen Wilson, Jack Black, and Steve Martin about birds. It was called The Big Year, and it was a great movie.

After this movie, I played some monopoly with my foldable mini monopoly set with two of my roommates. I got second! One roommate made a deal with another that he couldn’t trade with me, and so eventually they both had monopolies and I just couldn’t capitalize. But I got free parking 3 times!

After monopoly, I watched Mrs. Doubtfire, a timeless classic, then went to get some chipotle. It was good, as always.

Then, I went to legacy fields to pay some spikeball with some xc guys. It was a good time, a lot of them are pretty good.

I ended the night off by getting a Wendy’s frosty.
