Vital Trek of Life

This morning we had a workout at 6:45! It was pretty tough, 3x2k, 1×1200, and 1×400. Nonetheless, it was good, and there was lifting afterwards.

After this, I had my nutrition class! It was really boring, and I ended up playing video games, during it, which probably wasn’t smart, but the teacher didn’t teach the class anything.

After nutrition, I had a quick meeting with the coaches, then went to Econ. Another very boring class. I also spent a lot of time doing homework today, probably around 5 hours. But it was a productive day! I’ll give a much better blog post tomorrow, today was just a very insignificant day. The shoe reviews are also in progress right now!

It was a really cold day on the scooter, and I had to bust out the mega coat. I’ll have to start wearing gloves on the scooter, to keep my hands not numb.

I’m grateful for where I’m at, and excited for track season.
