Vital Trek of Life

Before anyone gets excited- I’m not living a hallmark movie. However, I live in a hallmark style town. Logan is so beautiful right now, and while the snow is a pain in the butt, it’s very pleasant to look at, especially on the mountains.

I woke up this morning, went and got a fueling station breakfast, got some gas, then did laundry. After this, I read some of my Econ textbook (did the homework later in the afternoon).

Garrett Woodhouse invited my to play spikeball with him at 10:30ish (he’s in a spikeball class).

I was finishing up laundry, but I changed into shorts and headed over there, arriving at about 11. When I get there, everybody was leaving! The class happened to end 20 minutes early on the day I arrived, and there weren’t enough players not in a game in the span that I was there! I was severely disappointed.

This brings me to the interesting side-quest of my day: I completed it all wearing shorts. After spikeball, I finished the rest of my day wearing shorts. And trust me, it’s getting cold in Logan! I strap on the mega-coat, neglect my numb hands, and ride like the wind.

“It is the night. My body’s weak. Im on the run, no time to speak. I’ve got to ride, ride like the wind, to be free again.”

After accounting class, I went on my run. Practice was cancelled today, due to a lot of the team being sick (I’m healthy). The run was beautiful today! Just an easy 7 trapped in my own thoughts. Ran on my favorite route, and captured a beautiful pic. I love the route, there are beautiful mountains on both sides, and oftentimes deer run through one of the fields!

After the run, I did my core and leg lifts, ate some chicken thighs I cooked last week, and went to Walmart. I got a dish rack to help keep our kitchen cleaner. Post Walmart, I went over to Brads place. We cooked some dinner, (beef, rice, eggs, very omelette-esque), then Garrett gave me a haircut (more of a trim), and we ended by playing some super smash bros.

Today was a good day! Tomorrow should be interesting too.
