Vital Trek of Life

Woke up this morning, cleaned up, then hit the fueling station. Definitely feeling very blessed to have that resource. Post breakfast, I went to study hall. I don’t have too much work this week, so my time in study hall today was spent a combination of goofing off, and being semi productive.

At one point during this time, I went to Walmart and bought some laundry detergent. Yippee! It’s ridiculously expensive just like everything else nowadays.

I then went to my accounting class! Right now we are talking about time value of money, which is actually somewhat interesting. We are wrapping the semester up, and I HAVE to study hard for this last exam.

After accounting, I went to study hall, then to a team meeting.

But after that, I went home, played some Fortnite, and prepared for the ceremony.

“What’s the ceremony?” You’re probably asking yourself right now. I found out earlier today that theres a ceremony for athletes who lettered for the first time, and they give out free USU letterman jackets. I couldn’t believe it! The same coveted, expensive, nice and swaggy jackets!

The attire was business casual, so I ironed out a nice pair of khaki slacks, wore a polo, and pulled up. It was inside the stadium, and they even catered food for us! It was a lot of fun, but it was cool getting a letterman with the other freshman.

Afterwards, the girls wanted to take a bunch of photos with their letterman’s, and I totally felt like a football player taking photos in front of the stadium.

Post ceremony, I returned home, to play some exploding kittens with some of our dorm floor.

It was a good day!
