Vital Trek of Life

It’s a new year! New year, new blog. Don’t worry, there’ll be plenty of surprises this year in the blog. I can’t wait to keep you posted!

Woke up this morning, ate a bowl of cereal, and headed out to get my oil changed! Valvoline did an ok job, it was about an hour with the time it took and wait combined. Not bad!

After that, I made myself 5 eggs for breakfast (flooded in hot sauce), and cleaned myself up.

At around 11:15, I went with Ava and Jane to media day! There were lots of fun photos taken, I will show you them when they come out.

After this, we headed to one of our coaches offices, where they had some various snacks we could eat, since the fueling station is still closed. Here is what I grabbed:

After this, I went and grabbed mail from the student center. I got a package with all the GoPro accessories I ordered not too long ago! Super exciting, I’m stoked.

We then went to practice. It was great to see everybody again, and run with the fellas. Mitchell and I talked about Magic the gathering for the first half of the run, then I talked with Landon and Ryan for the second half. Just sharing about our breaks, mostly.

I ran about 7 today, then we did our full core set, and I took an ice bath. I was super grateful to consume some classic Gossner chocolate milk once more.

After the ice bath, we went and got Costa Vida, and headed back.

I ate, showered, read the Bible for a bit, then opened up my GoPro accessories kit. I don’t wanna spoil everything, but you’ll see more and more stuff as time goes on.

The girls wanted me and Ryan to put face masks on, so we did that, and just jammed out to some music, while the disco ball Ryan got for Christmas went crazy.

Overall, it’s been a blessing to see everybody again, and I’m grateful to have had a long time with my family and friends back home. God is good all the time, and all the time God is good!
