1/22/25 – Day 66 –

Today was a great day! I woke up at 7 (Ethan woke up) couldn’t fall back asleep, so I showered and headed to the fueling station. I did some homework after breakfast, and headed to my first class (microecon). It went well, was an easy class, and I generally enjoy it. I sit by two of my friends from FCA in that class.

After Econ, I went to accounting. It was good! I got a tough question right which boosted my esteem, and gives me confidence for the test on Friday. Mid Econ, I found out my third class of the day was cancelled! Total W.

So after accounting, I busted my butt to get back to the stadium, got some fruit and veggies at the fueling station, then picked up a new pair of Vomeros. I then squeezed in a 7 mile run with Ethan up Green Canyon.

To clarify, Green Canyon and Logan Canyon aren’t the same. Green canyon is more on the North side, and it is a little more hilly. It’s a fun route though. Today, once you got into the canyon, it was pretty shady, and covered in pounded down snow. So instead of being gravel, it was a smooth, softer surface that was surprisingly unslippery and pleasant!

I don’t feel my ankle at all today, so when I went to see Hannah post run, there wasn’t much to do. I then hopped in the ice bath for a bit, and went to the fueling station for the third time again after for a quick snack.

Tonight, I have another Aggiepella rehearsal, and I’ll probably go get some dinner somewhere.

Unfortunately, because of the freezing weather, my hands often get cold/numb when I run, deincentivizing me to record on the GoPro during runs. I promise it will get some action soon though!
