Vital Trek of Life

Woke up this morning a little before 9, did the leg lifts I forgot to do yesterday, then some ankle rehab stuff. I ate some cereal (and coffee), and got ready for church. I ironed out some clothes, and headed out.

Church was great! We are still in the book of revelation, and we talked about living a life FOR God. It positively set the stage for the rest of my day, and I headed home to eat some food, and get ready for the next church!

I decided to go to the LDS church today, because my roommate Ethan was speaking. He talked about the important and power of being a child of God, and even referred to Forrest Gump, which I had shown him for the first time the prior night. Overall, the church experience was no different than the other times I’ve gone (aka I’m not getting converted), but I was happy to support him.

After that, I headed to get groceries, then I went home and worked on homework. The milk I bought leaked into the back of my car! Such a buzz kill.

Anyways, later that night, there was an Open Mic night at the coffee shop we typically go to on Sundays. We figured we’d check it out, and so far it’s been interesting! Some talented people for sure. That’s how my day has been so far, but yeah! An enlightening day.
