Life is back!

10/20/25

Well, I’m back! Life has been pretty hectic lately- Mr. USU, business school events, and other random occurrences have hindered my ability to have free time and be able to write this.

Today Canvas is down. It’s the platform we use for school, and it’s because some Amazon services are down. Pretty wild, I haven’t been able to do much today.

Started off the day with Intro to Film, where we watched a musical about boots. It was horrible- called “Kinky Boots”. It was about the creation of a boot for a drag queen. I don’t know what my teacher was thinking.

Campus is so pretty right now- take the prettiest fall views in Nampa, and multiply them by 100. It’s just unreal how pretty some of my recent runs have been.

With that being said, it’s getting really cold. I’m officially in winter warmth mode- that means making sure my coat is accessible, I always have a form of rain protection with me (like a light or heavy rain jacket), and the electric handwarmers have come in pretty clutch already this year. I have to wear gloves when on my scooter now. Fall is going quick.

Mr. USU was a fun experience! I don’t regret anything at all, although it was challenging to work it into my life. If I would’ve put more time into my talent, I think I could’ve been a little more competitive, but it was a fun experience and I met lots of cool people.

In terms of meeting cool people, I actually am getting some dates in the book! I went on a date with a catholic chick yesterday, and I will have at least one other date with a different chick this week. Updates to come I suppose, it can be difficult for me to give live updates about my love life.

Let me know any ways I can pray for you!

  1. I wrote a long comment, but it wasn’t posting. If there ends up being two- that’s why.

I liked your devotional! This morning on the way to work I was praying. I began praising God for all the provisions and the ways He has been faithful. My list just kept going on and on.

It reminds me to live in a state of complete trust and graditude!

Proud of you! Keep up the good work!
